This Privacy Policy applies to information collected when you visit our website www.planwell.io (our “Website”), use our Planwell mobile application (our “App”), or access or use services that we make available from time to time through our Website or App (collectively our “Platform;” collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Use and consent to the collection, use and disclosure practices, and other activities as described in this Privacy Policy. User Registration Information. When you sign up to become a Registered User, we may collect your name, e-mail address, physical address, zip code, and other requested information. Registered Users may also provide information in the course of using the Platform. In addition, Registered Users may elect to use Social Media connections for signing in. If you use such logins, you are authorizing Planwell to collect, store, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, any and all information that you agreed that the respective social media platforms could provide to us through their respective APIs. You control the information that we receive from social media sites, and such information may include, without limitation, your first and last name, your social media username, profile picture and e-mail address.

Billing Information and Transaction Information. We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Nevada law (NRS 603A.340) requires each business to establish a designated request address where Nevada consumers may submit requests directing the business not to sell certain kinds of personal information that the business has collected or will collect about the consumer. A sale under Nevada law is the exchange of personal information for monetary consideration by the business to a third party for the third party to license or sell the personal information to other third parties.
